Sunday is my favorite day of the week, so restful and relaxing I love it!
I woke up this morning and had a big bowl of Apple Cinnamon cheerios (my favorite cereal!) and then took a walk with my mom and my puppy Roxy. We decided to bring a few trash bags on our walk to pick up any trash we found during our walk. I love the idea of keeping our neighborhood clean, especially this time of year!
In the early afternoon, we headed off to do a few errands and stopped at one of my favorite places... A.C Moore! I love to scrapbook, so of course I couldn't help myself picking up a few scrapping supplies!
Afterwards we stopped in Stop and Shop for a few groceries and I decided to make my own buffalo chicken dip tonight, as I saw on www.allrecipes.com. I thought it would be a fun little challenge for the afternoon, however I being a ding dong managed to buy one of the wrong ingredients. Cream cheese and cottage cheese...not the same thing... yup. However I've decided to forego the cream cheese all together and see what happens...
