Last night at work I had the kids I work with do a circuit workout and I joined in for some extra exercise! Each exercise we completed for 60 seconds before moving onto the next. I had the kids move in a circle around the room where I had placed numbers and at a specific number they completed one of the exercises.
The exercises were: jumping jacks, crunches, plank hold, high knees, burpees, and squats.
Some of the kids loved it and some hated it! Just depends on how much you like exercise =)
Last night one of my favorite shows, Make it or Break it was on and it was a very exciting episode...and next week is the series finale! I'm so sad it's ending!
I woke up before my alarm again this morning, not really sure why but was able to watch the other show I DVR'd which is Hart of Dixie, which I think is a really cute show! It just started this year and I love the small town feel the show portrays. The season finale is next week, which I can't wait to see!
After working this morning, I finished off my buffalo chicken dip, all gone! No more of that for awhile =)
I'm thinking my afternoon snack with consist of peanut butter covered apples... sounds delicious!
Then of course it's back to work...but later tonight I am going for drinks with one of my best friends, Kristin! So exciting! =)
