I'm Baaaaack!

Guess who's back...back again!

No, not Shady. (Eminem reference anyone?)

I got a call this morning saying that my computer was ready to be picked up, so after my morning classes, I headed up to Providence. I was so excited to get my computer back, however, I lost everything. All my pictures, all my videos, all my music...gone.

I'm going to take this opportunity to urge you all to back up ALL of your files. I lost some things that are irreplaceable to me and I wish I had backed everything up before. I will be purchasing an external hard drive and backing everything up from now on!!!

Since my last update, I have completed day 7 of my 5k plan. It consisted of a 5 minute warmup, 1.5 minute run, 1.5 minute walk, 2.5 minute run/2.5 minute walk (2 times), 1.5 minute run, 1.5 minute walk, then a 5 minute cool down. Which was completed on the treadmill with my new (dog) personal trainer sitting as close as possible!

I still am not quite sure if this app will really allow me to run a full 5k at the end, so far I haven't had any difficulty with the runs, but I feel as if I'm not running the full time and that's why...we will see!

I took today off from training because I was in my car or at work pretty much the whole day...lots of errands that needed to be run. Hopefully tomorrow I will complete day 8 and if it's warm enough I will run on the road so I can leave my little personal trainer at home.

Roxy continually barked at me throughout my workout and as soon as I finished and shut of the treadmill she was jumping up on top of it, trying to get me to play with her- crazy dog!

Hopefully, I will be back with pictures and all tomorrow, I will talk to you all then!
