Tuna, Circuit, and Tap Shoes

Yesterday after blogging about my run, I sat down to enjoy a nice lunch.


I decided I was in the mood for something with tuna and decided to have a tuna wrap. These wraps are whole wheat and high in fiber which is great for my daily diet because I'm pretty sure I don't get enough of either!


Washed down by a tank of water. 

Lately I can't get enough water, which is definitely not a bad thing. I also am greatly enjoying my Breast Cancer Awareness water bottle since it is Breast Cancer Awareness month and all. Gotta support my grandma's memory in any way possible..

Then I headed off to work where I got to run a great circuit workout with the class I was teaching and I even was able to participate.




Dance Class Circuit!
Burpees
Crunches

Plank Hold
Push ups
Leg Lifts
Jumping Jacks
Squats with leg lifts
Jumping Jacks
Crunches
Squats


** During class we each picked a card without looking at what it said and this is the circuit that resulted! Each exercise was done for 25 seconds. We only went around once but you could go repeat the exercises multiple times!




Yum, doesn't dinner look delicious?! I took a little bit of everything of the buffet that was in my fridge for dinner. Chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, peas, corn, and rice. It was a delicious dinner, fo sho.

My dance convention winnings! Remember when my swag bag was empty?  Well, I finally got my prize! So excited for my new tap shoes, so much nicer then my old nasty ones. I'll have to take a side by side comparison picture....
