Here's what yesterdays run looked like:
5 minute warm up walk
15 minute run
3 minute walk
5 minute run
5 minute cool down walk
I cannot believe I ran for 15 minutes straight...
That's my list of week 6 runs completed.
Since I ran on the treadmill (again) I was once again able to get my stats which is so convenient!
It's been amazing to be able to blog about this entire experience and have the opportunity to go back and see my progress as I have trucked along through this program. I hope it has been somewhat helpful to someone out there!
