Well, this is it! My 5K race is on Saturday so today was my last opportunity to get a run in. Although I hadn't gotten through all the other runs I decided to finish up with the last run in the program.

I'm hoping I'll be able to wing the other .3 miles!

I did slow down and walk a few times...however I did not let myself walk for more than a minute at a time...so I'm hoping I'll be able to finish this race on Saturday!
