Lose Those Christmas Pounds Circuit!

Did you eat a tons of holiday food and maybe pig out on candy like I did? Probably huh?

Well hopefully this "Lose Those Christmas Pounds Circuit" will help!


Start with 20 minutes cardio of your choice
20 lunges
10 squats
25 reverse crunches
15 burpees
10 squats
25 regular crunches
20 jumping jacks
10 squats
10 v-ups
30 seconds of plank

repeat circuit 3x for maximum results!

How has your workout plan been going? This is the circuit I did yesterday and so far my plan has been working pretty well. I like the idea of alternating my workouts and having a free day. So far it's been working very well for me! Let me know how you've been doing!
