Weekly Couponing Wrapup

It's Friday and ya'll know what that means! It's time to go over the deals that I got over the past week...

It was a VERY slow week around here. I didn't really coupon as much as I could have. Since my stockpile has grown quite a bit I don't really need to complete deals unless it's something that I really want or it's something I can get for free. I have mostly been sticking with CVS because it seems to be the drug store that I find easiest to coupon at. Sticking with CVS makes my life a little bit easier too =)

I ended up going to CVS on Monday night after work and completed a few deals. 

I purchased...

1 Ghirardelli bag of caramel chocolates @ $5

1 Thermacare Heat Wrap @ $3.49

2 Schick shave gels @ $4.49

1 Physicians Formula liquid eyeliner @ $11.79

I used a $10 CVS ECB.

$1 off Ghirardelli coupon, making it $4

(2) $1 off Schick coupons, making each one $2.49

$1 off Physicians Formula coupon, making it $10.79.

I received back $7 ECB for buying Physicians Formula, making it $3.79 for the eyeliner.

I received back $3.49 ECB for buying Thermacare, making it FREE.

I received back $4 ECB for buying Schick, making both a total of 98 cents, or 49 cents each.

I also received a 50 cent Ibotta credit for the Ghirardelli, making it $3.50 after all deductions.

My total out of pocket was $17.83, but since I left with $14.49 to spend on my next transaction I think it worked out pretty well!

I did go to Stop and Shop a couple times this week, but didn't do any couponing deals. I mostly bought things that were on sale but I did not have coupons for such as dog food, deli meat, etc...

I also while getting my oil changed at the car dealership used a coupon I had gotten for a free carwash! And then of course it rained the next day- awesome. Just my luck =(
