Only one couponing trip this week, and I don't even have a picture! I am so lame, I know!
I went to CVS this week, and only used 2 deals and ended up purchasing things that were NOT on sale in order to put together a gift for my friend. However, I spent NO money out of my own pocket, thanks to my collection of ECBs and my gift card from SwagBucks.
Here's how it went
2 Huggies 40 ct @ $9.99
1 Gilette Venus Razor @ $7.29
used $4/1 coupon
making it, $3.29
1 Hallmark Card @ $3.49
1 Russell Stover Chocolates @ $9.99
used $5 off $30 coupon
$22 in ECBs
$10.85 on gift card
$0 out of pocket, and received $7 back in ECBs.
This wasn't my best transaction ever but I was trying to get a gift together with very little planning. It was definitely a way to get rid of old ECBs, but I will hopefully be back to regular couponing next week!
