My favorite part of Christmas is the tree....
Having a Christmas tree in a room makes it feel complete, but once it's up (and not tilting to the left anymore...) it's time to decorate it!
Roxy, as always, was a huge help.
Once the angel was on, and we managed to get the lights wrapped around using the "jumprope method" it was time to get those ornaments on!
**The jump rope method is where you wrap the front of the tree, each hold an end and then whip the lights up and over like a jumprope to wrap the back side. Yes, my mom and I are crazy =)
But once it's done, it looks so beautiful!
I'm going to show you a few of my favorite ornaments on the tree...
Here is my preschool ornament! Me as a tree =)
One of my dad's ornaments. We think he might have the most ornaments on the tree! I constantly refer to him as grumpy, the grinch, oscar the grouch..etc...so whenever I find a good Christmas ornament with one of those characters he gets one for Christmas!
and here is one of my mom's ornaments. She loves Eeyore so of course I had to get one for her a few Christmases ago!
Now for a few pictures of the tree all lit up...
