Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend, I had a great time here having a wonderful time with my friends (especially those I don't get to see on a regular basis!) As usual you'll hear more personal details of my week during my Project 365 update on Thursday- so for now lets focus on my Birchbox review!
June's Birchbox was most definitely a miss. I didn't receive a single product that I actually loved. I'm hoping July's box will be better!
Okay, silver eyeliner and purple lipstick? Puh-lease. I am not that type of girl. These items will be getting tossed along with my empties because I can't see myself (or any of my friends for that matter) wanting to wear these. Just not my style...
The Perlier body cream was okay enough. It had a nice light scent but wasn't my all time favorite lotion. I wouldn't purchase this in the future just with the idea that I could find something I liked more for a cheaper cost then this.
All of the Nyakio products were things I would consider trying again. The samples were so small I only got one use out of each one and don't feel I can give a really accurate review on these samples. They all seemed nice enough with the exception of the oil (but I'm not a huge fan of putting oil on my face anyways). Each of them is so outrageously priced I would never want to pay to use them!
The Dr. Hauschka body wash was something I was pretty anxious to try since I love different body washes and their scents. The lemongrass scent was okay enough and didn't linger after my shower which is fine with me. I just prefer some other body washes and scents to this one!
